Hey, I’m Kayla!

I’m an illustrator, animator, and art director at TWR MOTION. I grew up surrounded by cornfields (literally) in central Illinois. After completing my BFA at NIU, I moved south to join my team in Cary, North Carolina. I’m honored to work with people all over the world to share the message of Jesus. The animations I’ve created are being adapted into new languages and shared in many countries around the world!

While illustrating in Photoshop is my comfort zone, I’ve come to love the art of bringing illustrations to life with animation. I also enjoy putting a physical paintbrush to canvas every once in a while. When I’m not illustrating, I love to dream about future travel adventures, cook without a recipe, and hike up mountains with my friends.
